Privacy Policy

When you upload an image to Pathify, your file and generated vector assets are temporarily saved exclusively to support real-time canvas viewing, comparison sliders, and format downloads. This temporary storage exists purely for your convenience as you work. We do not inspect, monetize, or repurpose your image content for any other objective.

We uphold a strict standard of non-exploitation. Your visual assets and designs are never used to train machine learning models, are never commercialized or licensed to external parties, and are never shared with advertising networks. Your intellectual property remains exclusively yours.

We collect only the essential operational data necessary to manage account authentication, credit quotas, and transaction confirmations:

• Account Credentials: If you sign in via Google Sign-In or email/password authentication, your user identifier (UID), email address, and profile name are securely stored via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Anti-Abuse Device Fingerprint: To prevent promo-credit abuse, a device fingerprint identifier (generated locally by FingerprintJS from browser characteristics) and its association with granted accounts are stored server-side. It is used solely for anti-fraud checks and is never used for tracking or advertising.
• Vectorization History (Optional): If you choose to save vector results to your history while signed in, compressed SVG paths and metadata are stored in your private Firestore record (users/{userId}/history, grouped per source image with a generations subcollection) protected by security rules allowing only you to access them.
• Crypto Payment Receipts: When purchasing credit packs via cryptocurrency, public on-chain identifiers (transaction hash, blockchain network, credit amount, timestamp) are recorded to automatically credit your balance upon block confirmation.
• Security & Anti-Abuse Attestation: We use Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise tokens to protect the service from automated bot attacks and denial-of-service abuse.

Cryptocurrency transactions conducted on public blockchains (Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Bitcoin) are immutable and publicly visible on decentralized ledgers. Pathify does not custody your private keys or have access to your wallet funds. All transactions are signed by your own Web3 wallet provider (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect).

Pathify protects credit transactions and generation quotas with a server-side Cryptographic Handshake system. Generation tickets are signed using HMAC-SHA256 algorithms and attested against Google App Check JWKS keys. This safeguards the integrity of credits and prevents unauthorized manipulation.

You maintain total ownership and control over your content. You may delete individual items from your vectorization history at any time through the in-app History Drawer. If you wish to delete your entire account and associated Firestore data, you can submit a request through our Support Portal.
